The Clean Water Contractor Program began with a goal to effectively communicate state and local regulations surrounding stormwater management. The Expo provides contractors tips to help achieve and maintain compliance, which can save companies time and money. The CWC Program seeks to publicly recognize companies that pledge to be a Clean Water Contractor, and encourage local municipalities and others to hire such.
