The Erie Soil and Water Conservation District invites qualified professional contractors to submit bids for the BAYVIEW MARSHES AND SANFORD DITCH PROJECT. This is a combination of three independently designed and funded wetland improvement and ditch petition projects that are related in scope and construction sequence. As such, the work sites are located on Barrett Road and McCartney Road in Margaretta Township, Erie County, Ohio.

Bid packets are due no later than 11:00am on Monday September 28th, 2026.
There will be a pre-bid meeting at 9:00am Wednesday September 16th, 2026 in Room 131 at the Erie County Services Building located at 2900 Columbus Avenue Sandusky, OH 44870. Attendance is highly encouraged.
Submitted questions are due in writing by 4:00pm September 18th, 2026 and will be answered in an addendum by 4:30pm Wednesday September 23rd, 2026.
