After 30 years with the Erie Soil and Water Conservation District, Tim White, our Wildlife Specialist, is headed out to pasture (as he likes to put it). Tim White has been an instrumental educator, mentor, promoter, and voice for conservation not only in Erie County but in many of our surrounding counties and for Ohio. While he tried his best to slip into retirement unnoticed, I know for many of you his presence will be missed, but his legacy and passion will remain. Tim has never been about the spotlight, and he felt a bit awkward having a crazy shindig thrown on his behalf. So, instead, we helped him make this video about what 30 years as a District employee have meant to him.
